Phillip Prince is the General at Mosby’s.
He manages the day to day operations of this community mainstay. He is our "jack of all trades". No one knows the restaurant landscape of Wise County better than Phillip. He has two decades of experience in the food service industry and introduced the original Mosby’s to the community in 1991. |

| A great restaurant relies on a well-orchestrated kitchen – and Ron Newton, as kitchen manager, is the maestro at Mosby’s! He’s a valuable holdover from last century – hired in 1998 – and boasts 20 years in the food service industry. Ron hires all kitchen personnel and is responsible for the success of Mosby’s weekly car shows. His Tuesday night Pasta Bar is simply “squisito!” |
